This is the first bread knife I made for sale. The knife is a part of a developing series of knives that Im calling Step Up. Firstly because they are a huge step up from most knives, and secondly due to the handle feature.
Made in 14C28N stainless steel with a slighly softer heat treat then normal. Tested to 58 HRC
The handle features burgundy burlap from Emil Epoxy and some beautiful mosaic pins that I have been saving for a special project.
