Large and tall nakiri with a wonderful tapered spine!
The spine is thicker towards the handle and tapers down towards the tip.
This knife also has a tapered edge (which is uncommon but makes a lot of sense). The edge is also thicker towards the heel and super thin towards the tip
Made in 14C28N, at 60-61 hrc
Handle material is bog oak and wenge, not stabilized, with hidden pins
